Ciphr is pleased to announce the appointment of Ray Berry as its new Chief Financial Officer

Ciphr, a leading UK provider of SaaS people management solutions, has appointed Ray Berry to its senior management team and the group’s Board of directors as chief financial officer (CFO), with immediate effect.

Ray Berry, CFO at CiphrBerry will help support Ciphr’s ongoing growth strategy and the group’s continued investment in its business, technology, and people.

He brings over two decades of extensive experience in finance. Most recently serving as CFO and director at Adare International, a private equity-backed outsourced marketing provider, where he was responsible for all financial, commercial, and legal matters in the business, as well as managing all external stakeholder relationships. Before that, he held senior financial positions within a variety of different service sectors and international businesses, including Mood Media and Transcom, among others.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Birmingham.

Ray Berry succeeds Graeme Scott, who will be leaving Ciphr in the coming months after nearly five years as CFO. Scott will remain with Ciphr for a handover period to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
