When working within recruitment, being inclusive is crucial to ensure that you source the best candidates for your organisation. Inclusive recruitment is not only the right thing to do, it is also a source of many tangible benefits for your wider workforce.
Throughout this course, learners will be able to develop their understanding of what inclusive recruitment means, and its importance, whilst also being able to learn about inclusive recruitment strategies and how to implement them.
