How to participate 

In order to enter this promotion, you must register for our webinar Ciphr showcase: see what’s new with our HR software using a corporate email address and remain logged into the live webinar for at least 30 minutes. 

You may only submit one entry to this promotion.  

One winner per organisation. 

Start date 

This promotion will start at 8am on Wednesday 18 December 2025.  

Closing date 

The closing date for this promotion will be 10:59am on Monday 27 January 2025. Entries received by the promoter after this time will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.  

Selection of the winners

20 winners will be selected.  

The winners of the prize draw will be the first 20 entrants randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.  

Prize 

The prize is as follows: one £10 coffee shop voucher.  

There is no alternative prize.   

The prize is non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.  

Restrictions and requirements 

Please note the following restrictions and requirements apply:   

each participant must submit a valid business email address;  

each participant must reside in the United Kingdom; and 

each participant must remain logged into the live webinar for at least 30 minutes 

Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter this promotion.  

Notification of the results and receipt of the prize 

The promoter will notify the winners by email on or before Thursday 27 February 2025. If a selected winner does not respond to the notification within 28 days, the prize will be forfeited and the promoter will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have 28 days to respond to their notification).  

Publicity and personal information 

By entering this promotion, you agree to your personal information being used to process your entry, to contact you about your entry, and for the purpose outlined in paragraph 8.2 below. The promoter will use your personal information only in accordance with these terms and conditions and our privacy policy Ciphr Ltd privacy notice.  

You may be asked to participate in publicity relating to this promotion if you are selected as a winner.  

General 

This promotion is operated by Ciphr Ltd, 3rd Floor, 33 Blagrave Street, Reading, RG1 1PW.  

The laws of England and Wales apply to these terms and conditions, although if you are resident elsewhere you will retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of that country.  

Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This means that you can choose whether to bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales or in the courts of another part of the UK in which you live.
