ELEARNING CONTENT FOR EVERYONE

Expertly crafted content, exceptional value

The gender pay gap is primarily caused by a lack of women in senior leadership and management positions. Improve your gender pay gap by helping women prepare for and succeed at the next level.

For many, this course will start their leadership journey and provide the courage and ability to take that next step.

Course duration: after each one-hour session, an exercise gives learners the opportunity to reflect on new insights over a 10-week journey of self-discovery. The journal you create over 10 weeks will help you better understand how you understand how your leadership career began.

A key aspect of the course is the Journal, which acts as a prompt for making notes and keeping track of reflections gained throughout the course and career development.

Designed to aid personal development and self-reflection, the course splits into two units: one for learners and the other for mentors.

Avatar of user

"With products such as GDPR or Health and Safety the material must cover all key areas and topics, and it is vital that the language used, case studies discussed, and examples fit the university context. [Marshalls] understand all of this, which makes their programmes so attractive."
