We have created our student mental health course in collaboration with the University of Brighton. The course features a podcast that guides students through the course and encourages mindfulness throughout the course.
Part 1
The podcast will take you through the course, giving you practical tips and advice on how to check in on yourself. It also features real life accounts from students talking about their experiences at university
