This course aims to provide college and university employees with the confidence to appropriately respond to a student disclosure of an unwanted sexual incident by students and signpost students to appropriate sources of assistance.
With 11.2% of all students experiencing rape or sexual assault through physical force, violence, or incapacitation (David Cantor, Bonnie Fisher, Susan Chibnall, Reanna Townsend, et. al. Association of American Universities (AAU), Report on the AAU Campus Climate Survey on Sexual Assault and Sexual Misconduct September 21, 2015), this course is a response to the need for colleges to increase awareness of issues surrounding students experiences of unwanted sexual incidents.

This course should take around 20 minutes to complete
