Our managers’ toolkit accompanies the ‘Let’s talk about race' module. It’s designed to support managers, or other facilitators, to discuss the topics in the module in greater depth with their team or with other small groups of employees in face-to-face or virtual sessions, using the content of the course as a prompt. The approach taken is that the space for these conversations must be a safe environment for everyone, and the toolkit discusses the potentially sensitive and triggering nature of the subject matter.
