This bullying and harassment eLearning course looks at an increasingly serious workplace issue from a staff and manager perspective. Course one is aimed at staff, while course two is a supplementary course for managers.

- The difference between fair management and bullying
- The effects of bullying or harassment on the individual
- The effects of bullying or harassment on the organisation
- Your role in helping to reduce bullying and harassment.
- What to do if you are being bullied
- Overview of legislation
Course duration: 30 minutes
Staff have the option to bookmark progress and complete the course in chunks.
